At MB Events Entertainment, we strive to make the booking process seamless and straightforward for our clients. This section is designed to help you navigate the essential steps and answer any queries you might have related to securing our services.
How Do I Secure a Booking?
To secure a booking with MB Events Entertainment, you will need to contact us via our website. Once we receive your request, we'll confirm the availability of the desired entertainment service. After that, 25% part payment is required to secure your date, which will be detailed in your quote.
How long do you need to set up
We always say 1 & 1/2 hours to set up. but this is to give us time to set and take short break or deal with any issues.
Photobooth around 1 hour
Casino and Audio guestbook around 30 mins
Disco around 1 hour
Do you charge extra for setting up and fuel cost
NO, We do not charge extra, Its all in the quote, so if you have quote for 3 hour photo booth at £395, Then it includes fuel cost, set up, run time of 3 hours, pack down.
We booked photo booth, but can we add Audio guestbook or casino table at a later date
Yes, no problem, just make contact and we will see what we can do for you.
We have booked. when do we give you details of the running order of the day
We send you a questionnaire around a month before event, asking about timings, including set up, start time.
When do you send template picker so we can choose photo template for photo booth
We send this out around a month before event, we can send earlier on request, and questionnaire if wanted earlier
When do you send link for our photos
We say 2 weeks, To cover ourselves, but we are so good, that in most cases in hours after event, next day
Do you have public liabilty insurance PLI
Yes: We have PLI and PAT, even our vehicle is fully insured for our business.
When booking any supplier, make sure they have the above as your venue may require it, and if they get stoped can show they have correct business insurance for there vehicle.
Stupidly alot don't have correct insurance, it could ruin your day if they don't turn up.

We could not have asked for a better photobooth and audioguestbook experience on our wedding day! Frank and his team were friendly and upbeat throughout the whole night! We loved everything from the background and props to the print outs and customer service! Would definitely recommend!
Frank and Kelly are THE best. We have used them numerous times, with the most recent being our wedding on Saturday. They never disappointment. They always go above and beyond and are brilliant at getting the party started but more importantly excellent at keeping it going.

I booked MB events for my wedding, the DJ and the photo booth and both were excellent. They are highly professional, respond quickly to any queries and the price is upfront, no hidden fees and easily payable using the website.
On the day they were fantastic, I didn't have to worry about a thing as it was all in hand and Frank the DJ played everything I wanted him to and kept our dancefloor full all night.

MB events took on our booking last minute after another company let us down for our wedding. They were so attentive with everyone and created a guestbook full of all of the photos from our photobooth. The photobooth was such a hit with our guests and the props they provided were fab! Thank you again!
We used MB Events for a photo booth and roulette table for our Christmas Party. They were great - the team arrived on time - set up with little disruption within the bar area and everyone really enjoyed the evening.

Terms of Photo booth Hire -MB Events Entertainment - Terms of Casino Hire -MB Events Entertainment - Terms of Photo booth Hire -MB Events Entertainment
This booking is subject to these Terms and Conditions of Hire. By paying a reservation fee you are accepting this Agreement, you are entering into a contract with MB Events – MB Events Entertainment and are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Details of the event, including the fee, will be confirmed by MB Events in Email following the booking enquiry. Unless otherwise stated, the fee assumes set-up will take place immediately before MB events supply and performance is due to commence.
A booking is only confirmed by MB Events Entertainment once the admin fee (25%) and reservation fee has been paid and funds cleared. Until such time as this condition has been met, the booking will be treated as an enquiry only and MB Events reserve the right to accept an alternative booking without notification.
Confirmation of the booking will be provided by email upon receipt of the admin fee and reservation fee. It is important that you check the details of this booking confirmation carefully and inform us immediately if there are any errors as it forms the basis of the amount charged and the service to be provided.
MB Events Entertainment will hold this date exclusively for you from the agreement date and therefore they will continue to turn away all other work. The potential loss of work Mb Events is real and tangible, and so cancellation fees will be charged. The terms of this Agreement do not allow for cancellation other than by mutual consent of all parties and confirmed in email. Mb Events will charge the following fees should a cancellation occur:
Within 14 days of the event: The full agreed fee is payable, within 28 days of the event: 50% of the full agreed fee.
The admin fee of £50 is non-refundable. Even if your venue cancel your event, due to government advise, lockdown, virus outbreak, act of god, (We strongly advise you to get your event insured, and to include cover if your venue cancel due to virus closure/lockdown, We also strongly advise you have put in contract with venue that they will pay your fees to outside suppliers should venue cancel your event.)
The reservation fee payment will only be returned if notice of cancellation is received two calendar months (or more) before the event date. Cancellations of any type are accepted only in email. Once we have received your notice of cancellation, we will confirm this to you in email.
If not already paid, the balance of the total fee (less any reservation fee and other payments made) must be received as cleared funds by MB Events Entertainment 28 days prior to commencement of the event.
It is The Clients’ legal responsibility to comply with and ensure that current Health & Safety regulations are in place. A safe electrical supply must be provided. All outside situations (Marquees/Outbuildings) must be dry, undercover and made safe for electrical use and insulated from the ground.
A minimum clear floor space is required of 3 metres x 2 metres with a head height of 3 metres. As a working area, a solid, stable base must always be provided. A minimum of 2 x 13-amp power sockets must be available within 3 metres of the set-up area. If other additional entertainment is booked, adequate floor space must be available.
A minimum of 90 minutes is required for setting up and a further 60 minutes to dismantle and load the equipment into our vehicles. This must be considered when planning any arrangements.
In the unlikely event of MB Events Entertainment being unable to supply or perform due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or any other emergency, we endeavour to arrange a suitable replacement.
Client realises that whilst we have excellent photo booth and Disco backup in place, and every reasonable safeguard is assured, the breakdown of any electrical equipment can be an unavoidable occurrence and is often outside of our control. We will however make every reasonable effort to rectify the situation. In the extremely unlikely occurrence of a non-performance, or if a total failure occurs, The Client will be refunded in full. In this situation, this will be the full extent of our liability.
If at any time, MB Events judge or find that the working area is unsafe or wholly unsuitable for supply or performance, we reserve the right to cancel the supply or performance with immediate effect. In this circumstance, you will be told the issue, then is down to you and the venue to rectify, for performance to carry on, this will be the full extent of our liability.
The Client is responsible for the conduct of all persons attending the event. We reserve the right to terminate the performance should any physical/verbal abuse, sexual abuse or intimidating actions be made towards any of our staff. Under these circumstances no refund will be given.
No other persons than photo booth attendant may use any of the equipment provided other than by prior consent of MB Events
If supply or performance time is requested in excess of that agreed, this will be at the discretion of the Mb events and subject to additional fees charged at our overtime rate. Any additional fees must be paid in cash in advance of the extra services being performed. All requests for additional supply time must be cleared with the Venue management team beforehand.
Any delayed set up time and subsequent delayed start time due to the overrun of any prior proceeding, or of situations outside of our control will not warrant any extension of the stated finishing time or any fee reduction.
This is a contract between you (Client) and us (MB Events) not with your venue. If we have issue with your venue it is your reasonability to address said – such issue to rectify.
It is NOT a legal requirement for us to have public liability insurance (PLI) or portable appliance test (PAT) on our equipment, But we feel it’s a must as a business for us to have and proves we take our business, staff and guest safety, seriously, we also follow safe as possible work area practice also known as safety method statement.
During your event we may take photos or films relevant to the marketing of the Mb Events Entertainment, These photos, films or indeed any written feedback may be used on our website and/or social networking sites linked to MB events – MB Events photo booths - Mega Beats, Disco. Please inform us in email if you do not consent to MB events using the photos, films and/or written feedback in this manner.
By paying admin fee and reservation fee means you agree to above terms and conditions.
